• How do you price your projects?

 

Each client brings different issues and objectives to the table. Thus, each project has its own unique requirements and time frame potentials. Theses will be discussed during our initial meeting, and a agreed upon time frame will be incorporated in your project management assessment report along with fees and service recommendations. We take on clients of all sizes from large companies to small independent operators, and pride ourselves on being accommodating and user friendly to all clients.

 

• Who works with who?

With BSHL Group - Hospitality Consulting Division a Project Manager is given responsibility for managing the project and the client relationship. The Project Manager along with an Internal Lead from within the client's organization meets to discuss specific concerns. We take special care, time and effort in gaining a strong understanding of your organization and needs before we recommend what and how we can work together in meeting your goals. Your Project Manager will be your primary contact to ensure that the project stays on course from start to completion.

 

• Where are you located?

Our Hospitality Consulting Division is headquartered in Kansas City Kansas. However, BSHL Group consultants can provide advice and services nationwide.

 

• Do you offer consulting over the phone?

Absolutely. All services may be tailored to fit your needs and comfort level.

 

• Is your work confidential?

Yes. All of the work involved in a consulting project is confidential in nature. This includes both project details as well as information collected during any internal interviewing assessment. BSHL Group - Hospitality Consulting Division will only use a client as a reference with the client's permission.
