Where should I buy an Espresso Machine?

Our philosophy is: when you open an espresso business, you are entering into a partnership with your sales/service agent for the espresso machine, and your coffee source.

Some points to consider before you buy a machine from anyone:

How long have they been making/selling espresso machines?
Can you get a list of local references to contact before you buy?
Is on-site training included with your machine purchase?
Is there an 800 number to call in an emergency?
Are all of the parts and components in stock locally or in the USA?
Who will service your espresso machine when it has a problem?
Can you see a demo before you buy?

Of course, how well the espresso machine is made should be a major concern. Unfortunately, a thorough evaluation of different machines requires considerable technical knowledge. But, if you read the section "What size espresso machine do I need" and follow the points above, you should be able to make a wise decision.
