Where should I buy an Espresso Machine?

Our philosophy is: when you open an espresso business, you are entering into a partnership with your sales/service agent for the espresso machine, and your coffee source.

Some points to consider before you buy a machine from anyone:

  • How long have they been making/selling espresso machines?
  • Can you get a list of local references to contact before you buy?
  • Is on-site training included with your machine purchase?
  • Is there an 800 number to call in an emergency?
  • Are all of the parts and components in stock locally or in the USA?
  • Who will service your espresso machine when it has a problem?
  • Can you see a demo before you buy?

Of course, how well the espresso machine is made should be a major concern. Unfortunately, a thorough evaluation of different machines requires considerable technical knowledge. But, if you read the section  "What size espresso machine do I need" and follow the points above, you should be able to make a wise decision.

In keeping with our own philosophy of buying from a local source who can see that your espresso machine will keep up and running:

  • If you live in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, or anywhere in Illinois outside the Chicago area, contact us if you want to buy a machine.
  • If you live outside our service area, please click onto Rosito-Bisani's website and email them to find a distributor near you.
